First and foremost- I am a Christian, a single mom of 2, and FINALLY getting back in that hard bike saddle after 3 years and starting from scratch to see if I can get back into my groove with triathlons following multiple injuries in a car accident. :)

A great triathlon community to help maintain focus on our training in a Christ Centered perspective, I'm SO glad that my friend Amber Maus-Rose reminded me of it when discussing my hopes of getting into a great Tri group!

| My Triathlon Goals Are...: |
To get BACK to 1/2 IM distance, but to improve on where I was at. Being a single mom of 2 and then making time for my new workout schedule often means getting up earlier and hitting 24 hr fitness EARLY! :) Guess that should be my FIRST routine to get in the habit of! The first triathlon I ever signed up for was St. Croix Half, and I didn't even own a bike at the time- so I am hoping to get better training this time around and improve on where I was at. Let's get going!

Compassion.org - although, I am very biased on my AWESOME church in Rockwall (LakePointe) I am certainly looking forward to taking my first Mission trip to Africa soon for a medical compassion trip. :)
