My calling in life is to inspire people to live radically transformed, exceptionally fulfilling lives of significance.  I live this out as a husband, father, business owner, non-profit director, and sports coach in Keller, TX.  I started in triathlon when an injury kept me out of the weight room and off of my mountain bike.  After I learned how not to drown in open water swimming, I quickly became addicted.  Finished my first Iron Man race in June of 2007, with a Tri 4 Him team out of Keller.  I have dedicated 2008 to coaching beginners through their first races.

Work my way back up to half iron distance in 2010.  Finish the season with a PR in Austin in October.
