48 year old married male living in Houston, TX. I am striving to improving my performance in Olympic distances races and training for my second half ironman. I like getting faster as I get older.

To work diligently at being a more competitive runner. I am strong on the swim and bike and am determined to be able to have a solid run. I enjoy getting faster as i get older and look for to my 50's. I have found that I enjoy training much better amongst friends. I am looking to have a good Olympic race this summer followed by my 2nd half-ironman next April in Galveston.
