    Hope your having a great day! We have an opportunity to assist in distribution of food to 60 families on Tuesday, November 23rd starting at about 11:45am. Location is at Youth World in Dallas, TX. 606 Edgefield Ave, Dallas, Texas 75208. 214-948-0606. Elder kids are welcome to come and assist. My Ashley and Jacob will be helping. WEAR YOUR TRI4HIM gear! If needed and your hesitant of driving over or getting lost you can meet, Angie Rose, at 10:50/no later than 11am at the McDonald's at 114 and Kimball in Southlake, TX.     Denny, "Over and Unders" is just the workout title or identifier. The workout description is below under the Main Set (MS). The workout, unlike threshold repeats that stay at threshold, takes you just over and then just under your functional threshold. Have fun with it! Ha.
