We are starting a new women's group here in Keller and would love for you to come join us. There has been a lot of interest, and I know of several already that will be training for their first ever sprint tri this year.
Weekly Workouts
We are currently participating in all of the main Keller Group workouts, and will continue to schedule additional workouts on a regular basis. Please be sure to to join the Keller Group as well.
The 2010 Event Calendar
We're planning on a few of the sprint races that the main Keller group and other Dallas area groups are doing.
The few in mind are:
June 27 - Buffalo Springs Half Ironman - Lubbock, Texas
July 10 - Peach Pedal group ride in Weatherford, Texas
August 22 - Tri the Rock Sprint Triathlon, Rockwall, Texas
October 24 - The Monster Sprint Tri here in Keller. Great fun for the whole family with volunteer opportunities available as well.

They usually break into 2 groups and go anywhere from 18-40+ miles. We can also try for another Sunday afternoon ride sometime soon at the speedway provided there aren't any activities going on, but I think there's a race this weekend.0 points -
