About Tri4Him - Rockwall
Team Captain: Kevin Mills
The Rockwall team consists of athletes with varying levels of experience and skills, from beginner to competitive. Activities include not only group training and racing, but the group also serves the community through programs like Adopt-A-Highway. Check out some of what T4H-Rockwall has to offer below:
TRAINING: We all know how difficult it can be to train on your own. It states in Proverbs 27:17 - "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" (NIV). T4H Rockwall is about community, and the best way to accomplish community is to train together with a common purpose - a race event! T4H Rockwall partners with Rockwall Cycling for their weekend group rides - Saturday 7:30am (35 to 50 mi @ ~16-18 mph avg). Additionally, members of the group do brick format workouts on either Saturdays or Sundays on the John King Bypass. The Rockwall YMCA also offers excellent Masters swimming classes on Mon/Wed mornings (5:30am) and Tue/Thur evenings (7:30pm), with several T4H Rockwall members attending. I hope to see you out there with us soon!
SPONSORSHIPS: The Tri4Him Rockwall Team continuously pursues local sponsorships and partnerships that will benefit its members. One of our premier sponsors is Rockwall Cycling which offers a 10% dicsount to all Tri4Him members. Stay tuned for other exciting sponsorship opportunities coming soon.
